On 29 September 2018 at about 1:15, the resident of the Paghaghbyur village of the Lori region Khachik Greyan found that some cattle had been lifted from the barn. He immediately notified about it the chief of the border guard station of the Border Guard Troops of the NSS of RA located near the village. As a result of the corresponding activities, the border patrol unit conducting the protection of the State border found after a while 7 of the cattle, as well as established that approximately 2-3-meter part of the barbed wire barriers was cut.
Owing to professionalism of the servicemen of the Border Guard Troops, the case of cattle-lifting was prevented. A criminal case was initiated in the Tashir division of the Lori regional directorate of the RA Police, according to part 2 of Article 177 of the Criminal Code of RA. A preliminary investigation is conducted.
